The live chat feature is available to those who access the help through Comergence, by clicking the help link at the lower right of any Comergence screen. Once on the help site, live chat is available a floating position at the lower right of the screen


This will enable you the option to chat with a live individual with our in office customer support team. This is the fastest way to get assistance during business hours (Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm PST). if you rather or during after hours you may send us an email by using thebutton located next to your name at the top right of the screen. Comergence will then receive the email as a ticket and you'll be notified of the status as it progresses. Once the status is updated, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to track your ticket on the help site. As you review your status on our help site, you'll also have the ability to close out your ticket after you have been assisted or at any time. For example if you had submitted a question and discovered on your own the answer, you may proceed back to your status and close the ticket.
