Publisher Requests

Allows users to manage requests of access of other internal users, for example, members of their marketing team. Giving the others permission to post on the selected accounts on their behalf.  The user can then publish on the account via using the publisher tool. This would allow other users within the organization that have the Team Publish permission the ability to publish approved company marketing content on behalf of the individual account owner. 

The requests show with a red count at the top of the Social Accounts page.

Accept or Decline

Step 1:     Select the 'Social Accounts' option from the main screen.  

Step 2:     Once selected, requests are listed with an 'Accept' or 'Decline' option. 


Clicking 'Accept' means the Account Owner has granted the ability for the user requesting publisher access to publish on the listed account.

Revoke/Add Publisher Access

Account owners can revoke publisher access at any time.

Step 1:     To add a publisher or revoke, click onto the Social Account from the ‘My Accounts’ section.

Step 2:     Select the publishers name. 


Step 3:     Tap revoke or cancel.

Tapping the 'Add Publisher' button allows mobile users to select from a list of users with Team Access permissions they can add as publishers. 

Note: All publishing access is removed when the account has been disconnected or removed from the mobile app.
