If you've selected the 'Notify' button in the screen below, but have not received the authentication code, first check with the notification contact displayed to see if they have verified you yet. They must verify you from their end to generate the code. There may be a wait time depending on the availability of those that would need to verify your information.
If you've confirmed with the notification contact that you have been verified, click the 'I have authentication code' option and check to see if the mobile phone number displayed is correct. If it is not correct, you will need to re-register with the correct mobile phone number.
If the phone number is correct, you may use the option to resend code.
