The live chat feature is available to logged in users who access the 'Help' portal from www.comergence.com. Once on our help site, live chat is available at the bottom right of any page.
Clicking the icon allows users to open a chat conversation by selecting Comergence Support under 'Message Us'. This is the fastest way to get assistance during business hours (Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm PST).
The chat window also provides access to FAQs and the ability to search for answers.
Contact Us - Send a Support Ticket
Available 24/7, during and after business hours, users may submit a support ticket by using the 'Contact Us' option on the top right.
Optimal Blue's Comergence Support team will immediately receive your ticket and you'll be notified of the status as it progresses via email. Email notifications also provide instructions on how to track your ticket on the help site. As you review the status on our help site, you'll also have the ability to close out on your end. For example if you had submitted a question and discovered the answer on your own, you may close the ticket.
