Currently, Social Cloud users are managed by the Comergence Client Relations team. If you would like to add a user or remove a user please contact clientrelations@bkfs.com, and include the following information for the fastest response:


  1. First Name, Last Name, and Email of user being added/removed
  2. Provide assigned Workspace(s)
  3. (New User Requests ONLY) Will the user be able to approve content? yes/no
