• Due to social media platform API changes, Discovery and Real Time Alerts are no longer available.

Investors

Enhanced Marketing Filter for Loan Type

• Prospect Marketing Investors can now filter by the following newly added Loan Types: Reverse, Hard Money, Jumbo, and NQM (Non -QM).

Improved Client Board

• Bulk operations now available within a ‘Manage’ dropdown allowing more space for additional bulk options.
• The ‘Report’ tab has been removed as all available reports are accessible within ‘Reports’.

Client Board – Request Client Financials in Bulk 

• Investors can now request client financials in bulk from the Clients Board.
  • Please Note: Users must have the ‘Request Financials’ permission to access this feature.

Improved Request Financials Email for Assigned Users

• Assigned users will now get one email notification when investor bulk requests financials from multiple clients.

• A dash is now represented when global settings have not been applied so that it is consistent with (global) manage financial settings display.
