During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment with new features, services, and enhancements.
Investors
NEW Financials API
- The Financial Documents API has been developed and added to the existing Counterparty Oversight API; enabling investors to access a list of financial documents uploaded by clients with an active relationship.

NEW – Client Upload
- To help with investor acquisitions, mergers, and other business arrangements; investors now have the ability to request clients to easily opt in to be activated with new investors which they previously did not have a relationship with.

NEW – Client Channels – Eligible to Apply
- Allows investors to input a future ‘Eligible to Apply’ date for a client.
- This feature will prevent any applications from being created until the ‘Eligible to Apply’ date has passed.
- Channel History now captures changes to the ‘Eligible to Apply’ date

Improvement – Client Channels – Inactive user assigned
- Allow editing of channel fields even when an inactive user is assigned to the channel.

Lenders
New Feature – Contacts Import/Export
- Lenders can now import and export their contacts lists to assist with keeping contact information up to date easily and quickly
- Note: This will help satisfy contact information lists investors often request

Social Media Marketing – Improved Navigation
- Several updates to left menu to help improve user experience such as relabeling and moving sections to be more intuitive.
- Campaigns section removed.
- Note: Content sharing and enrolling in company content for publishing is available in the new Social Media Marketing Platform.

Social Media – Posting & Templates
- When posting, “available accounts” will automatically set to Google My Business Accounts
- Note: Publishing content on other platforms is supported on the new Social Media Marketing Platform.
