The Direct Messages section in Optimal Blue Social Cloud is designed to display Direct Messages across your social landscape in one place. We know that quick interaction with these messages is key to maintaining a positive brand image and mitigating potential risk. Optimal Blue takes the hassle of managing them natively in each application a thing of the past! All messages are time-stamped, making it easy to pick up an older conversation and communicate right within the platform!
How to navigate the Direct Messages section
In the left-hand menu of the platform, in the Monitor section, click the “Activity Feed” drop-down, and Direct Messages will be the second option.
In the Direct Messages section users are able to filter for which social accounts they would like to view messages for, time of engagement and platform type, or filter by keyword(s).
Select the thread to view the conversation and/or respond.
