During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm.
Lenders now have the ability to link their global documents to client library documents, making document requests more streamline for the client and the lender.

Renewal expiration date is now a custom setting for all lender partners, providing lenders the ability to effectively manage their renewal process to comply with policies and procedures for renewal deadlines.

Lenders can now assign accounts at the time of invite to insure each invited client is assigned correctly upon acceptance.
Invite notifications are now sent to assigned lender contacts upon the client accepting or declining the invitation, keeping the assigned lender contact informed.

A new designated section, called “Federal Registration” has been added to all client account profiles to provide lenders with more information with federally registered individuals employed by financial institutions.

Back by popular demand, clients will receive weekly status reports once a week to keep clients informed with pending and outstanding items being requested by their lenders.
