During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm.

 

  • Lenders now have the ability to link their global documents to client library documents, making document requests more streamline for the client and the lender.

  • Renewal expiration date is now a custom setting for all lender partners, providing lenders the ability to effectively manage their renewal process to comply with policies and procedures for renewal deadlines.

  • Lenders can now assign accounts at the time of invite to insure each invited client is assigned correctly upon acceptance.

  • Invite notifications are now sent to assigned lender contacts upon the client accepting or declining the invitation, keeping the assigned lender contact informed.

  • A new designated section, called “Federal Registration” has been added to all client account profiles to provide lenders with more information with federally registered individuals employed by financial institutions.

  •          Back by popular demand, clients will receive weekly status reports once a week to keep clients informed with pending and outstanding items being requested by their lenders.
