During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm.



New Features/ Improvements:


  • [Lender & Client] The word "Audit" removed from MLO Roster. A State filter has been added to the MLO Roster to allow users to view their MLO's for specific state(s).  

  • [Lender & Client] Users will also be able to easily identify the Company and NMLS ID associated to their account within their settings menu. 

Partnered Lenders

  • [Lender] Re-order submenus for tab navigation. Applications and Alerts Tabs are now a menu item under Clients.

  • [Lenders] Lender users can now access an Application Summary page. This new enhancement allows users to easily view all completed and outstanding requirements for any application in progress. 

  • [Lender] MERS ID and FDIC/NCUA fields added to API Customer TPO Data Service. 

TPOs

  • [Client] The system now auto-saves answers on the questionnaire, so that clients can stop at any point in time, and return where they left off.
