Questionnaire We’ve made it easy for lenders to visualize the skip logic they’ve created for their questionnaires in a diagram. In addition, the diagram is interactive and allows lenders to view the question and answers selected while viewing the diagram. (New Feature)

Market - CRM users now can now
view all company locations from the market page on a map. This helps sales see
the geographical location of their market. Market filters are also available to
help target and view only clients’ users are interested in. (New Feature)

Prospect States and
Statuses - Prospect States and
statuses can now be custom mapped within the “Manage Custom Fields” section.
Permissions to this feature are controlled by the “Manage Custom Fields”
permission. Default states and mapping comes out of the box to help lenders
track and manage their prospects. For example, when a new prospect is created
the status is predefined to “New”. However, lenders can create their own
mapping, re-order, and remove mapping. Within this section, we’ve added a
convenient helpful link to our corresponding help page below. (Enhancement)
- Prospects - The “Removed” Prospect state has been renamed to “Closed”.

Activities - Activities Reports are now available! Sales and team leaders can now filter and view a summary of information
on the activities board. Activity summaries by Assignee are also available
here. (New Feature)

- Clients - A Client Acquisition Report is now available within the Clients Board. Filters and summary indicators, provide a detailed summary of information on Accounts and Prospects allowing lenders to track their conversion rates and average cycle time, etc. (New Feature)
- Neighborhood Watch - The Neighborhood Watch section within the client profile has been enhanced with a graph that allows users to compare the last 2 years’ data. (Enhancement)
