During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm for Appraisers.


Major Announcements for Appraisers


[Panel Managers] - Panel Managers can now select what type of applicant they want to accept applications from within their Account Settings. Panel Managers can accept applications from both AMCs or Individual Appraisers and change these settings at any time. (Enhancement)

[Panel Manager] - Changed the value on the applicant application where it says Application Type to reflect the type of entity applying(Appraiser or AMC). (Enhancement)

[Applicants] – Based on user feedback, designation is no longer a required field for adding and/or updating a contact record. (Enhancement)
