During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm.

New Features, Services, and Enhancements


Partnered Lenders

 

  • Manage Channel – Allows Lenders to edit and update the assigned questionnaires for each channel. Previously this was view ONLY for this area. (Enhancement)

     

  • Manage Questionnaire – Comergence added more functionality and flexibility to Lender custom questionnaires AGAIN! “Manage Questionnaires” is now its own designated section in Lender Account Settings. Lenders can now assign the same questionnaire to multiple channels and more! There are 2 new components to this page:
    • Questionnaires - Lenders now can see all questionnaires for ALL channels in one place. Please Note: All existing questionnaires have been moved to this new location. (Enhancement)
    • Question Bank- Lenders can create and build questions within their bank and conveniently see all shared questions in one place. Additionally, Lenders can group and categorize questions, making them easy to locate. Storing questions within the question bank will auto populate already answered questions from the client’s side. Building each custom questionnaire will be faster and easier to manage! (New Feature)

  • New Answer types for Questionnaires – Gathering more information via the Comergence Custom Questionnaires has become even more powerful. Lenders can now require and obtain more specific answers from clients AND prospective clients. (Enhancement) The following answer types are now available:
    • Dollar Amount
    • Percentage
    • Date
    • Number
    • Picklist – Multiple choice. Yes, multi-select!

  • Assign Questionnaire – Lenders can now assign a client specific questionnaire to a client at any time! These assigned questionnaires have their own place on the client profile. Questionnaire statuses and user notifications help Lenders manage and stay up to date on where each client is with their individual questionnaires. (New Feature)

  • Lender Permissions Updated – New permissions related to Questionnaires have been added to lender roles. These permissions are defaulted “Off” and should be enabled for users working with questionnaires.  (Improvement)

  • TPO Production Section – Mortgage Call Report - NEW! Comergence has added a Mortgage Call Report section to the TPO’s production section. This new area allows TPOs to share their Mortgage Call Report with all their lender partners at once. Comergence analytics alerts both the lender and the TPO of financial condition changes, exposes potential audit categories and flags, charts the available data providing peer performance and industry benchmarks, and more! We encourage our Lender Partners to require clients enter their MCR data to auto calculate these helpful analytics. Please Note: Only authorized users with permission can access this area. (New Feature)

TPOs


  • TPO Production Section – Mortgage Call Report - NEW! Lenders request multiple documents to assess TPO financial conditions. Now, TPOs can securely add their MCR data directly into their Comergence account. Adding and updating this information quarterly to share with all approved lender partners at once is easy and intuitive. Comergence analytics automatically calculate based on the available data entered. These analytics can alert TPOs of financial condition changes, expose potential audit categories and flags. Charts & graphs provide peer performance and industry benchmarks, and more! TPOs can now see how regulators view Third Party originator scores and performance over time. To make this process even easier, Comergence used the same requirements and specifications NMLS requires. Please Note: Only authorized users with permission can access and update this area. We encourage TPOs to add the individual responsible for your Mortgage Call Report submissions to be aware of these changes. Is will save them an incredible amount of time and resources each quarter! (New Feature)

  • Account Profile Questionnaires – A new section has been added to TPO Accounts called “Questionnaires”. Lenders can now assign questionnaires to specific clients as needed. This feature allows lenders to gather their required information at any time and helps TPOs manage all pending and historical questionnaires for each lender in one place. Statuses for “Required” and “Completion” as well as helpful icons and notifications assist TPOs and Lenders with outstanding requirements. Lenders may also assign questionnaires during pre-qualification processes. (New Feature)
