During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment with new features, services, and enhancements.
Investor
Documents:
- Documents are now associated to a questionnaire.
- Users will now have the ability to waive documents at the client level.
- Users will now have the ability to request a global document at the client level.
- Any document that has been requested but has not been uploaded within the last 60 days will become required.
- When requesting a document at the client level or from the client’s library, users can now copy internal users and choose who to be notified upon competition.
- All notifications requests will be captured in the document history.
- All library document request will be removed when a client is in an inactive status (Terminated, Declined, or Cancelled).
Questionnaires:
- Users can now request a document based on the client’s response.
- When assigning a questionnaire at the client level, users can now copy internal users and choose who to be notified upon completion.
- Users now have the ability to schedule a questionnaire and/or document requests at the client level.
- Users now have the ability to select and add questions from multiple categories in the Question Bank.
- All in progress or scheduled questionnaires will be removed when a client is in an inactive status (Terminated, Declined, or Cancelled).
Permissions:
- User permission “Manage Client Specific” has been removed and merged with existing “Manage Client’ permission.
- “Manage Client” permission now allows the user to manage CSD, request Client Document (from Global and CSD), waive document request.
Lender
New home page:
- All Investor document requests will be conveniently listed.
- Standalone questionnaires that have been assigned will be listed.
Document Library:
- All document request from the library will not be auto fulfilled unless the document has been uploaded in the last 60 days.
