During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment with new features, services, and enhancements.

 

Lenders

 

NEW FEATURE - Social Discovery:

  • One of the most important tasks of an effective social media oversight process is to identify the social media accounts that need to be monitored. Lenders can now run an ad hoc or automated social media discovery for current NMLS employees.

Enhanced Navigation:

  • All contacts previously located within the ‘Account’ have been moved to a new ‘People’ tab.

Updated Permissions:

  • The ‘Manage Users and Owners’ permission has been split into two separate permissions. Users that had the ‘Manage Users and Owners’ permission enabled will now have both permissions enabled. Please update your user roles and permissions, if necessary.

Investors

 

Questionnaire Board:

  • Users can now select to download all available questionnaire data (per questionnaire)

Application Notifications:

  • Subject line now includes application type (New/Renewal)

NEW ‘Print Package’ Permission:

  • All existing investor users will have this new permission disabled. Users that require access to the ‘Print Package’ feature must have this permission enabled by their Administrator.
